Greensprings West Owners Association
Located in historic James City County, Virginia, Greensprings West is a master-planned community of single family homes surrounded by the Williamsburg National Golf Course.
Our homeowners enjoy a lovely pool and clubhouse, tennis courts, nearby boating, biking and hiking opportunities, as well as nearby historical and cultural attractions.
Greensprings West is close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement, the Colonial Battlefield at Yorktown, many Civil War plantation homes, and other local attractions such as Busch Gardens and Water Country USA.
Annual Owners Meeting
The Board of Directors for Greensprings West Owners’ Association is pleased to announce the Annual Owners Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Greensprings West Clubhouse at 6:30 pm on Monday April 28, 2025. Registration begins at 6:00 pm. Light Refreshments will be served from 6:00 – 6:30 during registration for residents.
In order for business to be conducted we must receive the required number of members participating in the meeting.
Please take a few minutes to complete the Absentee Ballot found by clicking on the "Annual meeting 2025" tab on the left.
In order to achieve quorum, we need 25% of the homeowners (91 Owners) to either submit an absentee ballot, attend in person or vote online through the website (www.greenspringswesthoa.com).
The Purpose of the meeting is to elect 4 members to the Board of Directors, 3 for 2-year terms and 1 for 1-year term
